In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In that situation he should say takbeer in Ruku without raising hands, do not do Qiyam for saying Takbeer and according to rule sajda-e-sahw is compulsory but in the Eid prayer, due to risk of distraction because of abundance of people sajda-e-sahw is excused.
